Sidley Austin appoints Manoj Bhargava and Leonard Ng as Co-Managing Partners of the Singapore office

Sidley Austin has announced the appointment of Manoj Bhargava and Leonard Ng as Co-Managing Partners of Sidley's Singapore office.

Bhargava, who also co-leads the firm’s India practice, focuses on international capital markets matters with particular emphasis on India and Southeast Asia. He has advised on more than 260 equity and debt capital markets offerings, helping raise US$65 billion for Indian companies.

Ng, a member of Sidley’s Executive Committee and head of the UK/EU Financial Services Regulatory group, advises a wide range of global financial institutions on complex financial services regulatory issues. While continuing his practice in London, NG has taken on the additional role of co-managing partner of the Singapore office — strengthening the firm’s London-to-Asia corridor and expanding cross-border opportunities for clients.
