SRGR Law Offices join forces with Saraf and Partners; Saroj Kumar Jha, Ravi Bishnoi join as Equity Partners

Boutique real estate law firm SRGR Law Offices has merged with Saraf and Partners, with co-founders Saroj Kumar Jha and Ravi Bishnoi joining the latter firm as Equity Partners along with a team of 20 lawyers.

Talking about the merger, Founder & Managing Partner Mohit Saraf said in a press release,

We’re pleased to welcome Saroj & Ravi and their team to the firm. SRGR’s deep expertise in real estate will be a valuable addition, and we will be better poised to offer an entire gamut of real estate services from Start to Finish under one roof to our clients.”

Commenting on the decision to merge with Saraf & Partners, Jha said,

The announcement was made at a Holi celebration party recently hosted by the firm. The event also saw the elevation of Partners Sanjeev Sharma, Vikrant Kumar, Bikash Jhawar, Manmeet Singh and Vaibhav Kakkar as Senior Partners.

The firm now has a total strength of nearly 200 lawyers, including 32 Partners across its offices at Delhi (NCR), Mumbai and Bengaluru.
