Srikant C V exits Khaitan to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner

Srikant will be based out of SAM's New Delhi office.

Srikant C.V. has left Khaitan & Co to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in General Corporate practice at the firm's New Delhi office.

Srikant is a 2013 graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.

He brings over eleven years of comprehensive experience to the firm, specializing in corporate and commercial transactions and advisory matters. His areas of expertise include mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital.

Prior to joining SAM & Co., Srikant was a Partner at Khaitan & Co. In the past, he has worked with Desai & Diwanji, JSA, and DMD Advocates.

On Srikant’s joining, Managing Partner, Pallavi Shroff said,
