Tax Expert Rashmi Deshpande has officially launched Fountainhead Legal, an expert law firm with an unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation and personalized legal services.

The Founder, Rashmi Deshpande is a 2006 graduate of the ILS Law College Pune.

She is a seasoned lawyer with over 17 years of experience. Before starting Fountainhead Legal, Deshpande was a Partner at Business Law Chamber, and Khaitan & Co. She has also worked with Big Four corporations, including PwC and KPMG. She has represented clients in complex tax national and international disputes, mergers and acquisitions; assisted start-ups in fund raising; and advised on succession planning.

The name ‘Fountainhead Legal’ signifies the original source of something unique. It also draws from one of Deshpande’s favourite books ‘The Fountainhead’ by Ayn Rand, that has been a source of inspiration for her for years.

Talking about her vision for Fountainhead Legal, Deshpande says,

“I believe effective legal services is the foundation to the success of any business. At Fountainhead Legal, our goal is the success of our clients in all their endeavours.”
