Upasana Gupta joins Rajaram Legal as Partner in venture capital and general corporate practice

Upasana Gupta has joined Rajaram Legal to co-lead the firm’s venture capital and general corporate practice.

Gupta graduated from Amity Law School, Noida in 2011 before pursuing her LL.M. at the University of Chicago Law School in 2016.

She has previously worked at J Sagar Associates (JSA), S&R Associates and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (Bangalore). Following her stints at these law firms, she eventually transitioned into in-house positions at Udaan and Dunzo.

Welcoming Gupta to the firm, Rajaram Legal said on its LinkedIn page,
