Vandana Bedi has joined infrastructure provider Vertiv as Vice-President and General Counsel for the South-east Asia region.

Bedi is a 2004 graduate of ILS Law College. She has over 20 years of experience across verticals including mergers and acquisitions and private equity funding, commercial contracts, disputes, corporate advisory and risk mitigation, intellectual property rights and corporate governance.

She has previously worked with Advani and Co and Trilegal, as well as the in-house teams of Hughes Network Systems India and Beam Global Spirits and Wine India.

Prior to joining Vertiv, Bedi worked with Bira 91 for nearly 6 years, where she held the position of Senior Vice-President - Legal and Corporate Affairs. She set up the legal function for Bira 91, overseeing the regulatory aspects for the business in India and its subsidiaries worldwide as well as alternate business channels of e-commerce/home delivery of alcohol and restaurant business.
