Vatsal Kishore has joined Cleantech Industry Resources as President and Chief Legal Officer.

Kishore is a 2015 graduate of UPES. He earned his LL.M. in Global Energy, Environmental Law and International Arbitration from The University of Texas School of Law in 2018.

Kishore has over 7 years of experience in in-house roles. He is experienced in developing solar projects across the United States aggregating in excess of 3 GW capacity. He has closely worked with the international business development and finance teams on a variety of strategic opportunities in the solar, petrochemical, datacenter and green hydrogen space, and has also led as an attorney on various multi-million dollar transactions.

Prior to joining Cleantech Industry Resources, Kishore held the position of a General Manager at iSun, Inc. for over 2 years.
