Vijeta Ohri has joined MR Lexcorp as an Associate Partner to strengthen the Firm's litigation and banking practice.

An alumna of ILS Law College, Pune, Ohri has over a decade of experience in civil, commercial, and banking litigation. She has built a robust courtroom practice representing major banks, financial institutions, corporates, and private clients before diverse judicial forums across India. Beyond banking litigation, she has represented clients in high-value civil and commercial disputes, including property and real estate disputes and complex commercial matters. Her regulatory insight and strategic dispute resolution abilities make her a dependable litigation partner for corporates and financial institutions seeking effective legal representation.

This expansion follows MR LexCorp’s move last year to onboard Ankit Dixit as Partner to strengthen its employment and corporate advisory practice.

An alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur, Dixit has nearly two decades of experience from senior inhouse leadership roles at CocaCola, Vodafone, GMR, and most recently at OYO, where he headed the legal function for OYO’s Europe business. His cross-sectoral exposure has equipped him with deep expertise in business operations and stakeholder management, enabling him to deliver business-centric legal advisory that aligns compliance with commercial objectives.

Managing Partner Risheka Dhhawan commented,

"With Vijeta’s induction, MR LexCorp is poised to deliver sharper litigation strategies and expand our capabilities in banking and commercial disputes. Alongside Ankit’s corporate advisory expertise, we are strengthening our position as a trusted partner for our clients navigating complex employment, corporate, and financial matters."
