Vivek Jha has joined Antares Legal as a Partner at Gurugram.

Jha is a 2006 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

Jha is a data privacy and transactional lawyer specializing in M&A, private equity and general corporate compliance. He has a robust practice spanning corporate and commercial law, with deep expertise in foreign investments, PE, VC, M&A, takeovers, and joint ventures. Over the years, he has advised a diverse portfolio of corporates, funds, investors, start-ups, and government institutions.

Jha joins Antares Legal from Fox Mandal & Associates, where he held the position of a Partner for nearly two years. He has previously been associated with Khaitan & Co, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Vertices Partners.
