Vineet Vij has joined Tech Mahindra as General Counsel. He joined Tech Mahindra on April 29, 2019, and is responsible for the legal affairs of Tech Mahindra and all its group companies worldwide.
He has joined Tech Mahindra from HCL, where he was working as Senior Vice President and Head Legal – Commercial, Regulatory & Compliances.
Vineet Vij has more than 25 years of experience working as an in-house counsel. He has previously worked in Tata Group, Punj Lloyd and American Express.
He has extensive experience in Legal, Secretarial, Regulatory, Compliance as well as Corporate and Public Affairs in different sectors like Information Technology, IT-enabled services, Banking & NBFC companies.
