Former Link Legal Partner Shashwat Kumar joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner in Projects team

Former Link Legal Partner Shashwat Kumar has joined the partnership of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas at its Delhi office as part of the Firm’s Projects and Project Finance Practice.

Shashwat has over 13 years of experience in advising public sector behemoths and top multinationals in the infrastructure sector on a range of regulatory and policy issues including general consulting, compliance and representation before regulators.

Welcoming the new Partner to the Firm, Pallavi Shroff, Managing Partner, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co said,

On joining the Firm, Shashwat Kumar said,

Shashwat graduated from the University of Delhi (L.L.B – 2006). He was part of Link Legal’s Project, Infrastructure and Energy Practice and was made Partner in 2017

Prior to joining Link Legal, he worked with PDS Legal. He has previously also worked with Dua Associates and AZB & Partners.
