Jivesh Chandrayan joins HSA Advocates as a Partner to further strengthen the firm’s Corporate practice. He will be operating out of the firm’s New Delhi office.

Jivesh has over 13 years of experience in advising various Indian and multinational corporations on diverse areas of corporate-commercial laws across industry sectors.

He has represented clients in corporate counseling, commercial transaction, dispute resolution and litigation.

Jivesh joins HSA from Kochhar & Co., where he was a Partner. Prior to that, he has worked with JDS Lawchambers and Fox Mandal. He is a graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and holds an LL.M. (Commercial Law), from Cardiff Law School.

The firm now has 33 partners and associate partners.
