JSA implements what it preaches: Berjis Desai on new Managing Partners, Dina Wadia & Shivpriya Nanda

JSA has selected two new Managing Partners: Dina Wadia, and Shivpriya Nanda. The two will take over from January 2016, and will jointly be at the helm for the next three years.

Shivpriya Nanda, a Partner at the Gurgaon office, works in General Corporate, M&A, and Projects. The Campus Law Centre graduate began her career in the chambers of senior counsel AS Chandhok.

Nanda was one of the seven recently elected members of the firm’s  Executive Committee, along with  Dina Wadia. The other five were:

  • Amit Kapur
  • Amitabh Kumar
  • Murali Ananthasivan
  • Somasekhar Sundaresan
  • Venkatesh R Prasad

Dina Wadia, a Partner at the Mumbai office, specialises in Banking & Finance, M&A, and was a Partner at Little & Co for close to 10 years, before she joined JSA.

Speaking to Bar & Bench, JSA’s Berjis Desai said,
