Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS) has promoted its joint partner Anil Dutt to partnership with effect from April 1, 2013.

He joined LKS in 2011 prior to which he was working at Khaitan & Co, where he was part of the litigation team. His areas of practice include contentious IP litigation and commercial litigation. 

He graduated from Delhi University in 2001 after which he joined the chambers of Jayant Bhushan.

Last year, Vijaya Sampath, who was the Chief Advisor to the Chairman and Group CEO of Bharti had joined Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan as a Senior Partner to head the corporate practice while Partner Puneet Bansal had exited to join BMR Advisors.
