Uma Shanker Vyas appointed Rajasthan High Court Judge [Read Notification]

The appointment has been made in view of a recommendation by the Supreme Court Collegium last month.

The Central government has notified the appointment of a judicial officer, Uma Shanker Vyas as a Judge of the Rajasthan High Court.

The appointment has been made pursuant to the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium last month.

Apart from Vyas, seven others were also recommended for appointment as judges of the Rajasthan High Court at the time.

The Rajasthan High Court is currently functioning 27 judges as against its sanctioned strength of 50.
