#Promotions: K Law makes 1 Partner, 2 Associate Partners

Krishnamurthy & Co (K Law) has announced its annual promotions. The firm

has promoted Sharad Joshi to partnership in its Mumbai office.

Sharad advises on Projects, Project Finance, and General Corporate Advisory. He joined K Law in September 2016 from Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. He has previously worked at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, Clasis Law and Gammon Infrastructure Projects.

The firm has also made two Associate Partners:

  1. Aparnaa Bhalotia (Mumbai)
  2. Anisha Jayaram (Bangalore)

Aparnaa graduated from GNLU in 2009. Her practice areas include Private equity, Venture Capital funding, structured debt and general corporate advisory.

Anisha’s practice areas include General Corporate and Private Equity
