[Exclusive]: Trilegal Mumbai Corporate Partner Srinivas Parthasarathy resigns

Trilegal Corporate Partner Srinivas Parthasarathy has resigned from the firm. It is understood that he will be taking a break from law practice.

Confirming Parathsarathy’s resignation, Trilegal Partner Rahul Matthan said, “We wish him well.”

Parthasarathy joined Trilegal in October 2009 from the Singapore office of Allen & Overy LLP, where he was a partner in the international capital markets group.

He focuses on transactional assignments in India in banking, structured finance, M&A, capital markets, private equity and securities laws.

He is a 1995 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He has also previously worked at J. Sagar Associates and ICICI Securities.

Recently, Trilegal Counsel Shaswata Dutta left to join Goldman Sachs as Executive Director, Legal, in the company’s Asia special situations group, as first reported by Legally India.
