
The School of Law and Technology of the Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur (HNLU), will be hosting a virtual Panel Discussion on the theme, "AI on Trial: Legal Liability, Regulation, and Ethics in the Age of Automation."
Panellists for the discussion include Senior Advocate NS Nappinai; Prof Subhajit Basu of the School of Law, University of Leeds; Senior Partner at PVS Giridhar Associates, Swapna Sundar; and Vice-Chancellor of HNLU, Prof VC Vivekanandan.
The panel will talk about the increasing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into society and deal with questions of accountability, regulations, disputes, and risks related to AI.
The discussions will provide crucial insight into how legal systems can adapt with changing times and ensure justice, fairness, and accountability in the age of automated decision-making.
