Call for Case Summaries for OurLegalWorld (Submit by 15 Sep)

OurLegalWorld is calling for submissions on case summaries/case studies. You can submit as many case summaries as you want.

The case summaries will be published for free with due credits. The author of the best 4 submissions will get a discount in LLM Mentorship Courses and also offered internship opportunities with the IPR Club.

Topic

The participants can submit case summaries of any landmark cases between 2021 and 2022 of Supreme Court of India.

Guidelines For Contributions

• All summaries must be submitted in English only.

• The length of the summary should be between 2000 to 3000 words.

• Co-authorship is allowed.

Must have Headings in the Case Summary/Study

1. Mention the proper case title and the citation.

2. Name of the Court, name of the judges and the parties.

3. Brief facts

4. Issues

5. Important arguments (from both parties)

6. Judgment

7. Conclusion, if any.
