This series of interviews is meant to turn the spotlight on these hardworking and dedicated individuals.

(Edited excerpts)

Why did you choose to study law?

As a Humanities student I have been curious about social and political aspects of our society. I opted to study Law in pursuance of the same. My inclination towards public policy, social work and research also actualized further interest in this field.

What made you apply for the Campus Ambassador post at Bar & Bench?

I always wanted to get connected with Bar & Bench in anyway possible to gain experience in the arena of legal journalism. This platform has been my go to for updates and viewpoint columns, therefore I applied for the Campus Ambassador post.

It is a wonderful opportunity to stay updated, enhance our social and writing skills simultaneously.

What are your plans after completing law?

Right now, I intend to explore all the avenues and opportunity we can have in Law School and I am still testing my interest in various fields of law. I see myself pursuing a Masters and exploring the socio-legal field deeply.
