RB LawCorp is looking to hire Senior Associates for their GST practice in Noida.

Number of Positions: 2 (Two)

PQE: 5-7 years in GST practice.

Location: Noida

Qualification: LLB

Requirement: Preference given to candidates with a CA qualification.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle GST litigation matters exclusively, including representation before departmental authorities, Tribunals, and High Courts.

2. Draft replies to notices, appeals, writ petitions, and other GST-related pleadings.

3. Lead and manage a team of 2–4 associates, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.

4. Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially with legal, tax, and finance teams.

5. Coordinate with in-house and outsourced attorneys engaged in different stages of litigation.

6. Prepare concise and well-structured briefs for Senior Advocates.

7. Assist clients during enquiries, investigations, searches, and audits conducted by GST authorities.

8. Independently handle assignments for multiple clients, especially smaller matters.

9. Identify new opportunities or potential concerns for existing clients and update seniors.

10. Travel across India for hearings and client matters whenever required.

11. Be flexible to work on weekends in case of urgent work or deadlines.

12. Maintain effective internal communication with peers to understand issues affecting clients.

13. Stay updated with the latest developments, amendments, and case laws in GST.

14. Use Excel efficiently for V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Tables, and reconciliations.

Remuneration: Salary No Bar
