VERTICES PARTNERS, Valbeek Law act on Admaren Tech and Hoppe Marine JV SecureLoad Systems

Admaren Tech Private Limited has entered into a joint venture with Hoppe Marine GmbH to set up a new company SecureLoad Systems Private Limited dedicated to modernizing vessel loading, stability assessment, and cargo planning across global fleets.

VERTICES PARTNERS advised Admaren Tech on this Joint Venture.

The transaction was led by Manu Varghese (Partner), along with a team that included Vidhi Shah (Associate Manager) and Cashmira Poonacha (Associate).

Founder and Managing Partner, Vinayak Burman provided strategic inputs.

Valbeek Law, Germany represented Hoppe Marine on this Joint Venture.

SecureLoad Systems will undertake the business of development, customization, sale, implementation, consulting, research, maintenance, testing and benchmarking of software solutions.
