Amarchand advises Bharti on 165 million acquisition of 49 share in Qualcomm Incs subsidiaries AZB and Jones Day also advise

Amarchand & Mangaldas (AMSS) advised Bharti Airtel on its acquisition of a 49 per cent stake in four subsidiaries of Qualcomm Incorporated in India. As per the press release, Bharti Airtel has made an initial investment of $165 million in the purchase of shares in Wireless Business Services and its sister concerns in Delhi, Haryana and Kerala.
