Antares Legal has advised Merlin Brands Private Limited (Rabitat) on its ₹40 crore Series A fund raise, led by RP-SG Ventures Investment Trust and DSG Consumer Partners IV.

The freshly raised funds will be used by the company to strengthen partnerships with manufacturers and launch new products.
