AQUILAW assists United Spirits on divestment of Hyderabad factory unit

United Spirits Limited has made a strategic divestment of a factory unit in Nacharam, Hyderabad.

AQUILAW advised United Spirits on this transaction. The Firm advised on legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of the transaction. The Firm's scope of work also included drafting and finalising the Deed of Conveyance and other ancillary documents necessary to complete the transaction.
