AQUILAW secures land in Behala for expansion of NSHM Knowledge Campus

AQUILAW has advised The Bhawanipur Gujarati Education Society on the acquisition of a land parcel in Behala, Kolkata for the expansion of NSHM Knowledge Campus.

The transaction team was led by Sucharita Basu (Founding & Managing Partner), along with Soumya Banerjee (Partner), Tanya Sumana Das (Associate Partner) and Ankit Chhaparia (Principal Associate Designate).

NSHM Knowledge Campus is a private college with campuses in Durgapur, West Bengal and Kolkata, West Bengal. Affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, NSHM provides the scope of degree of bachelors and masters in multiple streams and diverse disciplines.
