Wilson Sonsini, Argus Partners, Morrison Foerster, Wolf Theiss act on SoftBank's $6.5 billion acquisition of Ampere Computing

Japan’s SoftBank Group Corporation has acquired Ampere Computing, through its subsidiary, Silver Bands 6 (US) Corporation, for a total consideration of $6.5 billion.

Argus Partners advised Ampere Computing on Indian law on this transaction.

The transaction team consisted of Pallavi Kanakagiri and Anantha Krishnan Iyer (Partners).
