AZB, SAM, Trilegal act on KKR's ~₹3,000 crore stake acquisition in National Highways Infrastructure Trust

KKR has acquired a ~10% stake in National Highways Infrastructure Trust from CPPIB and OTPP for ~₹3,000 crore.

AZB & Partners advised KKR on this acquisition.
