Bharucha, Trilegal act on Anand Rathi Investment Services ₹745 crore IPO

Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited has made an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹745 crore. The equity shares were listed on the stock exchanges with a ~7.5% listing premium.
