CAM acts on Lighthouse Learning raising funds from KKR and PSP Investments

Lighthouse Learning Private Limited has received fresh investments from funds managed by KKR, and from a new investor, Canada's PSP Investments. 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Lighthouse Learning and Mr. Prajodh Rajan - Founder and Group CEO, on this transaction.
