

Vodafone Idea Telecom Infrastructure Limited has made an issuance and allotment of unlisted, unrated, secured and redeemable non-convertible debentures of an aggregate amount of ₹3,300 crore.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised JM Financial Products Limited, the transaction advisor and exclusive debt arranger for the transaction, and Vodafone Idea Telecom, on this NCD issuance. The Firm provided comprehensive legal advisory services throughout the structuring, negotiation, and execution phases of the transaction.
