J.P. Morgan Services India Private Limited has entered into an agreement to lease with BSS Property Ventures Private Limited and Rajeshwar Property Ventures Private Limited, both affiliates of Brookfield Properties, for about 1.3 million square feet of built-to-suit office space to be developed at tech park proposed to be called “One Forest Avenue”, Powai, Mumbai.

The deal value vis-à-vis this transaction is by far the largest for an office space leasing transaction by a single user in India till date.

This entire transaction was under the supervision of Namrata Kolar (Partner, Head - Real Estate).

The deal team was led by Harsha Sudhindra (Partner) and Jaideep Kodali (Partner), with support from Solomon Sone (Associate).
