CAM, AZB, Hogan Lovells act on Park Hospitals ₹920 crore IPO

Park Medi World Limited (Park Hospitals) has made an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹920 crore, comprising a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoter selling shareholder, Dr. Ajit Gupta.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Park Hospitals and Dr. Ajit Gupta on this IPO.

The team advising Park Hospitals was led by Manan Lahoty (Partner, Head - Capital Markets) and Abhyuday Bhotika (Partner), with support from Sravya Surapaneni (Senior Associate) and Associates Bhaskar Kumar, Arnab Roy, Prakhar Jain, and Zubin Ronnie.

Vartika Jain (Partner) advised the Dr. Gupta for his participation in the IPO.

Suvojit Halder (Partner) along with Siddarth Chokkalingam (Senior Associate) and Mahek Khandelwal (Associate) advised Dr. Gupta on certain secondary transactions closer to the IPO.

AZB & Partners advised the Book Running Lead Managers Nuvama Wealth Management Limited, CLSA India Private Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited and Sharekhan Limited, on this IPO.

The transaction team consisted of Varoon Chandra (Senior Partner), Agnik Bhattacharyya (Senior Partner), Sweta Ananthanarayanan (Partner), Rajat Chadha (Senior Associate), Associates Harsh Vardhan Singh, Damini Mathur, Vaibhav Kumar Shah, Chitransh Bhansali, Lavanya Jha and Khyati Basant.
