CAM, Khaitan act on Pernia's Pop Up Shop ₹660 crore IPO

Pernia’s Pop Up Shop (Purple Style Labs Limited) has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus for initial public offering of equity shares, comprising a fresh issue aggregating to ₹660 crore. 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Pernia's Pop Up Shop on this IPO, according to the DRHP.

The transaction team comprised Manan Lahoty, Partner - (Head - Capital Markets); Priyadarshini Rao, Partner; with support from Radhika Pandey, Principal Associate; Anomitra Debnath, Associate; Neha Sharma, Associate; Khushi Parekh, Associate; Nikshetaa Jain, Associate; and Krishnam Saboo, Associate.

Khaitan & Co acted as the legal counsel to the book running lead managers Axis Capital Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited on this IPO.
