SBI Funds Management Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on 19th March 2026 for an initial public offering comprising an offer for sale by promoter shareholders State Bank of India and French based Amundi Indian Holding.
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising SBI Funds and promoter State Bank of India on this IPO.
Yash J.
