CAM, Linklaters, S&R, Cleary, SAM, Hogan Lovells act on SBI Funds IPO

SBI Funds Management Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus with SEBI on 19th March 2026 for an initial public offering comprising an offer for sale by promoter shareholders State Bank of India and French based Amundi Indian Holding.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising SBI Funds and promoter State Bank of Indiaon this IPO.

Yash J. Ashar (Senior Partner) and Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets - West), with support from Rushab Dhandokia (Principal Associate), Tanushri More (Senior Associate) and Associates Hitesh Nagpal, Aniruddh Saraswat, Khushi Parekh, Pooja Rajawat, Aria Sheth, Chinmay Jumde, Neelanshi Gupta, are representing SBI Funds

SBI Funds Management is a joint venture between the State Bank of India and Amundi, a European asset management company. The Company operates as the asset management arm of SBI Mutual Fund and offers investment advisory and management services.
