CAM, Synapse, TT&A, SAM act on Renee Cosmetics ₹180 crore fundraise

Renee Cosmetics Private Limited has raised ₹180 crore from a fundraise led by Playbook India Fund II, by way of subscription and purchase of equity shares, from certain existing shareholders including Mensa Brand Technologies Pte Ltd., 9Unicorns Accelerator Funds-I, Spotlights Consultants LLP.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised Renee Cosmetics on this fundraise.

The transaction team was led by Aditi Manchanda (Equity Partner), with support from Naimi Kamdar (Principal Associate) and Deepjoyika Ghosh Dastidar (Senior Associate).
