Amagi Media Labs Limited has filed a draft red herring prospectus for an initial public offering comprising a fresh issue aggregating up to ₹1,020 crore and an offer for sale by certain selling shareholders of the company.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas is advising Amagi on this IPO.
