Clarence & Partners acts on Shiplock Technologies fundraise

Shiplock Technologies Private Limited has raised $250,000 from All In Capital Fund II, Better Advisors LLP, D Global Ventures Fund 1 LP and The Caldbeck / Enrile Revocable Trust by a primary investment. 

Clarence & Partners advised Shiplock and its founders on the fundraise. They Firm assisted in negotiations on the transaction documents.

The transaction team consisted of Clarence Anthony (Founder), Varnika Sharma (Co-founder) and Varun Kumar (Associate Partner).

The funds will support Shiplock in meeting interim funding requirements.
