CMS INDUSLAW advises Embassy Group on $40 million sale of subsidiary

Embassy Group has sold its wholly owned subsidiary to Prologis and House of Hiranandani, for approximately $40 Million.

The Indian entity is engaged in the business of developing industrial parks in Tamil Nadu.
