CMS INDUSLAW, AK Law Chambers act on Ananta Capital acquiring majority stake in Rubans

Ananta Capital has acquired a majority stake in Fonte Fashions India Private Limited, the parent company of fashion jewellery brand Rubans.

CMS INDUSLAW advised Ananta Capital on this acquisition deal.
