Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acts on Godrej Astec LifeSciences ₹238 crore rights issue

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Astec LifeSciences, a subsidiary of Godrej Agrovet, on a ₹238.2 crore rights issue of equity shares.

The transaction team was led by Yash J. Ashar (Senior Partner) Devaki Mankad (Partner, Regional Co-Head - Capital Markets – West), and Abhyuday Bhotika (Partner), with support from Veena Raghav (Senior Associate Designate), Anna Kallivayalil (Associate) and Mahima Aggarwal (Associate).

Their operations encompass the manufacturing and distribution of a wide array of agrochemical active ingredients and pharmaceutical intermediates.
