Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acts on QpiAI ~₹280 crore Series A fundraise

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised QpiAI India Private Limited on raising ~₹280 crore ($32 million) from a Series A fundraise led by Avataar Capital and National Quantum Mission, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India

The transaction team comprised Arun Prabhu (Partner, Head - Technology), Jayant Belgaumkar (Senior Associate) and Stuti Agarwal (Associate) with support from Saurav Samaddar (Partner).

Arpita Sengupta (Principal Associate), Kanav Khanna (Associate) and Tannvi R (Associate) additionally advised on the data protection, IP and technology aspects of the transaction documents and due diligence.

QpiAI is an innovative Indian startup focused on quantum computing and artificial intelligence.

The new funds will accelerate QpiAI's development and deployment of full-stack quantum solutions.
