Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises JSW Steel on acquisition of Saffron Resources

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised JSW Steel Limited on the acquisition of the entire shareholding of Saffron Resources Private Limited.

Saffron Resources holds lands admeasuring about 887 acres in Dhenkanal District, Odisha which may be used by JSW Steel for its future expansion projects.
