Neolite ZKW Lightings Limited has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus for an initial public offering of equity shares aggregating to ₹600 crore, comprising of a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

Khaitan & Co is advising one of the selling shareholders, ZKW Group GmbH, Austria, on this IPO.
