Desai & Diwanji acts on Travomint proposed IPO

SNVA Traveltech Limited, dba Travomint, has filed a confidential draft red herring prospectus with SEBI and stock exchanges.

Desai & Diwanji is advising the book running lead managers on this proposed IPO.
