DSK Legal, IC RegFin Legal, Sarvaank Associates act on first institutional fundraise of MOI SOI

Packaged Food & Beverages brand MOI SOI, owned and operated by Ceres Foods Private Limited, has secured investments from GVFL Emerging Enterprise Venture Trust and Wipro Consumer Care Ventures in its first institutional fundraise.

DSK Legal advised Ceres Foods and founder Deb Mukherjee on this fundraise.

Aparajit Bhattacharya (Partner) acted as the relationship Partner and the lead engagement Partner.

The transaction team consisted of Harvinder Singh (Partner), Manhar Gulani (Principal Associate), Mala Mehto (Principal Associate), Associates Brijesh Ranjan Sahoo and Sumedha Tewari.

IC RegFin Legal advised Wipro Consumer Care Ventures on this fundraise.

The transaction was led by Puneet Shah (Senior Partner), with support from Abhinav Gupta (Principal Associate) and Daksh Dave (Senior Associate).

MOI SOI is a Pan Asian Packaged Food & Beverages brand, specializes in Asian-cuisine inspired instant meals, sauces and canned beverages.

GVFL and Wipro Consumer Ventures have now acquired ~17% in the business, with founder Deb Mukherjee continuing as the majority stakeholder.
