DSK Legal, Pioneer Legal act on the sale of Citizen Industries to Daikin for Rs 125 crore

Daikin proposes to combine the air-handling and coil manufacturing units of Citizen with its pan India business of manufacturing air-conditioners.

The shareholders of Citizen Industries, Kamalesh Mehta and Praful Patel, and their respective family members have sold their 100% shareholding to Daikin Airconditioning India for INR 125 Crores.
