Dua Associates represents Alliance Mall Developers in raising ₹900 million as debt funding

Real Estate and Renting company Alliance Mall Developers Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of publicly listed Prozone Intu Properties Limited) has raised ₹900 million as debt funding from SWAMIH Investment Fund I.

Dua Associates represented Alliance Mall Developers in the deal.

The team was led by Partners Anish Ghoshal, Hetal Thakore and Agnes Baradia; Principal Associate Rajat Agarwal and Associate Nirali Shah.

SWAMIH Investment Fund I is a special window created to provide priority debt financing for the completion of stalled affordable and mid-income housing projects.
