ELP advises CANPAC on acquisition of Shriram Veritech Solutions

Economic Laws Practice (ELP) advised Canpac Trends Private Limited on its acquisition of Shriram Veritech Solutions Private Limited from its existing shareholders, Luv Deepak Shriram, Sera Com Private Limited, Anjali Taneja Kothari and Anita Kothari.

The transaction team consisted of Abhishek Sanyal (Partner), Jishnu Dhar (Principal Associate), Simran Yadav (Associate) and Kingshuk Saha (Associate).

ELP had advised CANPAC on its acquisition of the packaging business of Saptagiri Packagings, earlier this year.

Shriram Veritech Solutions is a leader in value-added labels and anti-counterfeiting solutions for over 30 years.

CANPAC, established in 2004 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is a prominent player in India's printing and packaging industry. The company specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of packaging solutions, including folding cartons, corrugated boxes, flexible laminates, paper bags, and luxury boxes .
