ELP advises Cove and Lane on raising funds from Sauce.vc

Economic Laws Practice advised Cove and Lane Lifestyle Private Limited and its founders in securing its series seed round funding, in which Sauce.vc acquired a 15.38% stake, by investing approximately ₹4 crore.

ELP team consisted of Abhishek Sanyal (Partner) and Simran Yadav (Associate). Sukirti Singh (Associate Partner) and Smriti Tripathi (Principal Associate) advised the client on key operational matters and ancillary agreements.

Cove and Lane is a pre-revenue fashion venture engaged in retail of apparel and accessories.
